Meal Prep Services
Available at K.F.T. Fitness Studio. Seasoned with low carb, low sodium, low calorie, low fat, and sugar-free seasonings. Meals are ordered every week on Wednesdays through Friday only. Pick-up is at Keep Fit Training Fitness Studio on Monday and Tuesday only. Pick-up times are 7-9am and 5-7pm. Meals are delivered fresh on Monday for a successful meal prep week.
