Let me tell you a little about myself and how this all started!
I started my fitness journey in 2014. I hit the gym on and off for a year.
Why? Well I didn't have proper direction and quite frankly, I didn't know what I was doing. However, I did know that I wanted to look fit and I wanted to really focus on a healthier lifestyle. I just wasn't happy with myself. At first exercising was not my number 1 priority. Socializing and attending happy hours was but I still felt a void. I came to terms that eating out and drinking was not making me feel happy in the inside and that it was just a temporary fix. I was feeling empty and decided to really cut off all distractions and get straight into focusing on myself.
Lifting weights has changed my life and I have not turned back. I didn't learn everything I know now overnight and my transformation didn't happen overnight. I just knew that I couldn't quit on myself. It has been years of ups and downs, hard work, re-setting, learning, and building to get to where I am at physically and mentally. A strong woman!
Because of this feeling of triumph within, I knew that this is what I wanted to reciprocate for others. If I could do it, so can you. It may seem like a longer road for some but that's OK!
You have to fall in love with your journey and not compare your journey to others. You are your own success and I am here to help you guide you through it.
